Reality TV star Paris Hilton was featured recently in People Magazine's "Most Amazing Bodies" special. Paris Hilton talked about her body and she used to take care of it, and how she changed her ways to lead a healthier life style. "I'd been to every incredible party in the world," says Paris Hilton, 30. "But I was going out with my girlfriends and dancing, having a lot of coffee and Red Bull. Being on the go, I would just grab fast food or skip meals because I was busy." However, that kind of lifestyle and those habits had her down to 105 pounds.
However, luckily for Paris Hilton, her boyfriend, Cy Waits, helped get her on a healthier lifestyle and into a better way of living. "He explained everything to me," Hilton says of Waits, a former nightclub owner. "Now I only eat organic foods when we're at home. He makes me watch documentaries on food, like Fast Food Nation, and he makes me aware of what things are good for your body because he's very into that." Through those things, Paris Hilton was able to get up to a good 125 pounds, and still have a killer bikini babe physique.
