Body-wise, I moisturize a lot and I do a lot of scrubs to renew skin." She also likes the results of body oils when it comes to keeping skin healthy and fresh. Candice Swanepoel also said that there are some products to keeping yourself looking pretty which you must always have, "Products you should never leave home without; I would say lip balm and your favorite scent."

Rosario Dawson told Shape that, "It's a form of violence, in the way that we look at women and how we expect them to look and be — for what sake? Not health, not survival, not enjoyment of life but just so you could look pretty, I'm constantly telling girls all the time, 'Everything's airbrushed, every thing's retouched. Karolina Kurkova disclosed recently that after giving birth to her son in October, she did not have a lot of difficulty in loosing the universally dreaded baby weight. ‘I didn’t gain much weight, and I think the secret was really staying active throughout my pregnancy,’ she told W magazine in May. ‘I did Pilates, a lot of weight training, I walked a lot and I travelled.
