Victoria Secret Models Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr Share Bikini Body Secrets

Yesterday marked the 15th anniversary of Victoria’s Secrets swim catalog, where Victoria’s Secret models like Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio got together in celebration of the catalog. While there at the SLS Hotel in Hollywood, Miranda Kerr and Alessandra Ambrosio gave some insight on how to have a bikini toned body. "The first step is eating healthy," Miranda told eonline.com. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy." Although she does eat healthy and lead a healthy lifestyle, Kerr admits she does indulge a little. "I’m pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself," at which point she admits to liking french fries.
As for model Alessandra Ambrosio, she says, "won’t give up her steak or her sweets." She went on to say, "Lots of greens, but I love meat, so lots of protein," she then told eonline.com, "I have a little bit of chocolate here and there!" I think the bottom line is to eat healthy foods and exercise a good bit. Maintaining a healthy food and workout regimen can never be bad, even if you don’t need to loose weight. Just look at the two gorgeous Victoria Secrets Models, Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr.
