Montag went further into her workout by divulging that running and doing weight training has helped her go from weighing 130 pounds to 103 pounds. I am sorry, but I think Heidi Montag is going too far, and so does Dr. Sharon Chirban, a clinical psychologist at Harvard Medical School who thinks that Heidi Montag is addicted to working out, and something is going to blow if Heidi continues to work out for fourteen hours a day.

I think the damage Heidi has done to herself is starting to set in.

The Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt drama continues to escalate with the latest revelation: Spencer has a sex tape of him and Heidi. It always gets exciting whenever there is another celebrity sex tape floating around the web. Spencer Pratt being the grade A gentleman that he is, had this to say.
