It was incorrectly reported a few days back that she would be changing her name to Kim Humphries. According to a report from Life & Style Weekly, a source close to the Kardashian family insists that Kim won’t be changing her name after she marries Kris Humphries. "Kim will not change her last name," the source says. "It’s her brand, and it’s her name. It wouldn’t make sense."

Really though, if you have worked as hard as Kim Kardashian has to make herself in to the entity that she is today, would you give that up? Kim Kardashian has worked quite diligently to make her name synonymous with things like bikini babe, hottie, sex symbol, and the list goes on. Doing something like that would be wasted by changing her last name, Besides, Kim ‘Humphries’ does not have the same appeal as Kim Kardashian, bikini babe!
