Celebrity Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have been the talk of the town, especially with the recent announcement of their engagement. Kris Humphries proposed to the sexy Kim Kardashian when they were on a vacation in Bora Bora. But the Kardashian family wasted no time in sharing in her excitement when the reality star turned bikini babe returned home to Los Angeles. There seemed to be no expense spared for the celebratory family party, with Kim’s mother Kris Jenner laying on a princess castle cake, along with real ponies covered in glitter.

Kim’s little sister Khloe Kardashian posted some family Kodak moments of the celebration on her website, with close up shots of the elaborate cake which featured a castle and a coach and horses.I am not sure how much I agree with the choice of celebration cake. To me, it seemed like something I would expect to see at a young girls birthday party, but hey, that is just me. Celebrity and reality TV star Kim Kardashian will not be taking husband Kris Humphries’s last name after the couple marries this summer. It was incorrectly reported a few days back that she would be changing her name to Kim Humphries. According to a report from Life & Style Weekly, a source close to the Kardashian family insists that Kim won’t be changing her name after she marries Kris Humphries. "Kim will not change her last name," the source says. "It’s her brand, and it’s her name. It wouldn’t make sense."

Really though, if you have worked as hard as Kim Kardashian has to make herself in to the entity that she is today, would you give that up? Kim Kardashian has worked quite diligently to make her name synonymous with things like bikini babe, hottie, sex symbol, and the list goes on. Doing something like that would be wasted by changing her last name, Besides, Kim ‘Humphries’ does not have the same appeal as Kim Kardashian, bikini babe!

With in the blink of an eye, there are reports suggesting that Kim is pregnant and that is actually why her and Kris Humphries are tying the knot. Kim sets the record straight and let’s us know that this simply isn’t true.

"This is crazy," Kim posted on her blog. "I am NOT pregnant! … One day I want a baby! But I’m not pregnant!" Kim Kardashian went on to write that she can "foresee lots of crazy, made up stories coming out in the near future." No surprise there! Kim then went on to reassure her fans that when the time does come, she will not hold back in telling everyone about the baby news. I for one am glad that she is not pregnant, so we can see Kim Kardashian in more sexy bikinis!
