Reality TV star and plastic surgery frequent flyer, Heidi Montag was out and about this past weekend. Heidi Montag was photographed for the first time in a bikini since she underwent her ten surgeries in one day. The 23 year old Montag underwent a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frown line area; a nose job revision; fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips; chin reduction; neck liposuction; had her ears pinned back; a breast augmentation revision; liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs; and a buttock augmentation. That’s a pretty tall order.

But oh wait, there is more. That is not the first time that Heidi Montag had some adjustments made. Montag already had a nose job, collagen lip injections, and breast implants that changed her A-cups into 32-Cs. In any case, Heidi Montag and her new body was out in a self-designed bikini as she hosts the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas last Saturday.

The Miss USA pageant might not be as big as Miss World or Miss Universe, but the sportsbooks out there don’t let that stop them from offering the odds to win. The 2009 Miss USA betting odds have been updated and posted by sportsbook and casino giant, Sportsbook.com. The 58th Miss USA pageant will be held on Sunday night, April 19, 2009 at the Theatre for the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will be hosted by Billy Bush of Access Hollywood and actress Nadine Velazquez. The current titleholder for 2008 is Crystle Stewart of Texas. She represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant which was held in Vietnam and it was the first time in Miss USA history that two consecutive women of African-American decent have been crowned.

Leading up to Miss USA 2009, Laura Chukanov of Utah is the favorite with +550 odds. New York and Hawaii follow with +600 odds, next is Alicia Blanco of Arizona posts odds to win at +800 and Maria Montgomery of Kentucky also has odds at +800. BikiniChicas.com manager Bones likes Kristen Dalton of North Carolina at +2000 to take the Miss USA 2009 crown.
