After being informed she had to slim down by the big wigs of her Vegas show, Holly Madison was understandably upset. However reality star Holly Madison appears to have acted upon their advice, showing off her slimmed down body as she posed in a bikini today. Holly, who was celebrating Memorial Day in Las Vegas, wore a multi-coloured string bikini as she posed for the cameras. Holly Madison, like many playboy bikini babes, really worked to have her body looking so tight and toned.
Earlier this year Holly Madison was dealt a blow when producers of her burlesque review Peep Show, ordered her to lose weight. The playmate at the time weighed 115 pounds, and was told by producers to lose the 15 pounds she gained when she moved from the Playboy Mansion to Sin City. Holly Madison said, ‘I always thought I looked fine. It was a shock to me when they told me to lose weight. I’m still up in the air over what to do. I feel like I changed my eating habits to be really healthy; I’ve lost a few pounds. I’m still getting there and deciding if I even want to lose weight.’ Well it’s obvious what she wound up doing and it seems to really have paid off for this sexy bikini babe!

Celebrity Kourtney Kardashian shares her secrets for having a bikini body in Life & Style magazine. If you remember, Kourtney Kardashian was just in Life & Style magazine not too long ago for how she dropped 33 pounds after giving birth to baby Mason. This time in Life & Style, she gives readers tips and hints on how to have that bikini body you always wanted. Start small: "I used to always get a chai latte from Starbucks, but I just switched to one espresso shot. I’m allowing myself one serving of caffeine while breastfeeding [Mason], and the latte was really all sugar and milk."
Kourtney also tells Life & Style that she cut out other unnecessary calories, like those from juice and dehydrated fruits. "I was eating a lot of dried fruit, and I didn’t realize how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones."
Know what works best for your body: Kourtney tells Life & Style that she likes the weight she gained in her bottom while pregnant so she’s found exercises that will help her keep her booty, but also tone and lift it. "I want to try to do squats — stuff that will keep the booty up there." Find a sport you love and run with it: "I’m big on running — just putting on my iPod Shuffle and going for a run by my house." Kourtney also uses the treadmill or elliptical at her mom’s house. Pictures of Reality TV Star Kim Kardashian keep pouring in. She has been sporting her beautiful bikini body all over Miami. “The Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star was spotted lounging by the pool at her friend Loren Ridinger’s Miami Beach mansion. While at the pool, Kim Kardashian tried on a few different bikini’s throughout the day. I am not sure about you guys, but as afar as I am concerned Kim Kardashian has one of, if not the best celebrity bodies, in a bikini.
On a semi-related note, as part of an April fools joke, friend Nicole Richie and sister Khloe Kardashian took over Kim Kardashian’s “Twitter” account, and started posting some pretty wild messages. Nicole wrote, “Sometimes I think I am a lesbian because HOT DAMN I think Nicole Richie is fffooooiiinnneee!” Then a friend of Kim’s questioned if it was her, to which Nicole replied, “Doll WHAT are you talking about its me Kim! I’m just not myself because I’ve had diarrhoea all day so I’m dehydrated.” Some pretty funny stuff.
