Karolina Kurkova disclosed recently that after giving birth to her son in October, she did not have a lot of difficulty in loosing the universally dreaded baby weight. ‘I didn’t gain much weight, and I think the secret was really staying active throughout my pregnancy,’ she told W magazine in May. ‘I did Pilates, a lot of weight training, I walked a lot and I travelled. And I was eating really healthy, taking good supplements and vitamins, drinking green juices and just making sure I was putting the best stuff in my body.’

'She has one for macaroni and cheese with a crusty topping that is unbelievable,' says Marisa.

Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima even talked about the positive affects of working out, “Also it helps with your mood, you look great, it helps with your skin, and also it helps with my immune system too. I never get sick when I work out. I have actually more energy. Working out should be a part of everybody’s routine.”
